RMI Education and Skills Strengthening Project

. The Marshall Islands: Skills Training and Vocational Education Project Evaluates the efficiency of the project and highlights lessons. The project consisted of four elements: advancement of a profession awareness program, skills training enhancement, boosted skills training chances for ladies and youth, and institutional fortifying. The anticipated outcome was increased income-generating chances and work for trainees, particularly women and youth in the external islands. Overall, the project was ranked not successful. Restricted progress was accomplished in making the task responsive to the requirements of its recipients and private-sector employers.
